BLUE OCEAN AQUAVOLTAICS SUPER-INTENSIVE PINK SHRIMP RACEWAY- RECIRCULATING AQUACULTURE SYSTEM UTILIZING BIOFLOC TECHNOLOGY (BO-ASI-PS-RRAS-BFT)

Complete Technology, with DPR, Techno-Economic Feasibility Report, Environment Clearance Assessment Report, Engineering Drawings, Indicative Financials, Expediting Operations, Produce Buy-Back Agreements etc can be provided after proper agreement.

CRRAS layout consists of eight Units

  1. Main Reservoir (MR)
  2. Main Culture/Growout Pond (GOP),
  3. Inbuilt Nursery Pond/Tank (INP)
  4. Inbuilt Nursery-Mechanical, Biofiltration and Disinfection Systems (INMBDS)
  5. Intensive CRRAS Equipment Unit (ICEU).
  6. Green House (GH)-Total Area 1.44 Acres
  7. Water and Culture Parameters Monitoring Equipment (WCPME)
  8. Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Nursery construction is done with Galvanised Iron Pipes and HDPE-Geomembrane where GI Pipes are bent using Hydraulic Press, Welded together circularly and HDPE Geomembrane welded in Circular shape equipped with a central drainage system. Grow Out ponds are constructed by excavating earth and a HDPE-Geomembrane laid on it with a GI Shaded net structure to prevent from heat or building poly houses wherever necessary.
